Managing permissions: How to control who sees, edits, or runs workflows

Think of permissions as your safety net when working with a team. You wouldn’t want an intern accidentally deleting a client workflow or everyone having the power to rerun payments.

Here’s how it works in TinyCommand:

  • Admins set everything up and decide who gets access.

  • Editors build and tweak workflows.

  • Viewers can see results without touching the setup.

Example:1

  • Your marketing intern needs to check form submissions → give them Viewer access.

  • Your ops manager needs to refine automation logic → give them Editor access.

  • You (or your tech lead) stay as Admin to control the big picture.

This way, everyone gets what they need, and your workflows stay secure and reliable.
